Description
Sodium Gluconate, also called sodium pentahydyoxycaproate, is a white or yellowish crystal powder. It’s easily soluble in water, slightly soluble to alkanol and insoluble to ether. As a polyhydroxy organic acid salt that’s non toxic and with extensive raw material sources, it’s widely applied in chemistry, food, pharmacy, light industry etc. When applied in concrete, it’s an ideal retarding and plasticizing agent.

This project takes a production system of heterogeneous catalysis and oxidization. When adopted in industrial production, this system features simple processing, moderate reaction conditions, short reaction time, high yielding ratio, little waste discharge while easy treatment. All types of reactor for heterogeneous mixing of gas, liquid and solid can be used and the reaction temperature is normally below 60 Celsius.
