** Water-reducing type PC-808:
Has high-water reduction and dispersion. For the formula C30 above this high-grade, high-performance, self-leveling concrete provides an exceptional performance, enhances the effect of obvious, minimal to no shrinkage, excellent economic benefits.
Concrete hardening and durability, high compression strength and can be used for the formulation of various types of prefabricated, pipe piles, pumping, and other high-strength high-performance requirements concrete.
** High Slump Retention type PC-708
Excellent performance and can be used during the summer under high temperature conditions of construction with large volumes of concrete or self-compacting concrete.
With a wide range of adaptability, can solve a variety of factors caused by slump loss concrete problems. For off-loading or pumping of concrete, long distance transportation, and medium or low standard concrete formulation.
** Retarder Type PC-608
Has excellent cohesion and is suitable for solving some of the cement problems when adaptability is not good. It has less cementitious material concrete formulation and can significantly improve the retention of concrete slump value and its cohesion. It is not easily segregated, removes bleeding.
Very suitable for solving to the problems of excessive loss of concrete which cannot be overcome because of the high content of clay, the long distance of transportation, and high temperatures. Commonly used in the formulation of low slump, high retention requirements of concrete.
Uses
It is suitable for ready-mix and cast-in-place concrete in the formulation of precast concrete, retarded concrete, large flow concrete, self-compacting concrete, mass concrete, high performance concrete and plain concrete, various industrial and civil construction.
It is suitable for industrial and civil engineering, public infrastructure, hydroelectric engineering, and concrete ready-mix products that prefabricated and RMC concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete.
Dosage and Safety Precautions
Recommended dosage of 0.2 to 0.5% of the amount of cementitious material, the general recommended dilution, and then use. When using this product, users should make the necessary concrete mix design tests according to the specific construction conditions to determine the optimum dosage.
This product is ready for use after evenly mixed with water.
For example: If you want to make 1 liter of PC-F (50%), the density of 1.05. is first weigh on the electronic balance 525 grams of PC Flakes and then add 525 grams of water. After mixing evenly you can get PC-F (50%) – 1 liters.
This product can be used alone but also be combined with other varieties of polycarboxylate superplasticizers.
It must not be used in combination with naphthalene superplasticizer. When used in combination with other types of admixtures, the concrete compatibility should be checked first.
For winter construction of concrete, it is recommended to take surface frost insulation temperatures, according to the construction specifications, to strengthen conservation and to prevent the concrete from freezing.
