Description

It’s one component sealant that cures at room temperature by moist. The paste is non-toxic, odorless, none-corrosive and none-pollutive to environment. It contains no solvent. It has good elasticity after it’s solidified to rubber form and keeps consistent performance at temperature from -50℃ to -100℃. It also has excellent air impermeability, water endurability, oil endurability, anti-weathering ability, anti-aging ability, vibration and fatigue endurability, low temperature endurability and salt resistance. It’s mold-free and can be cured at room temperature. It’s an ideal jointing material for vertical and horizontal cracks.

Application

It’s widely used for sealing of the metal, vessel, aeronautic & astronautic equipment , refrigerating equipment, screen wall, door and window, civil engineering, tunnel engineering, expressway, airport runway, ventilation pipeline, air conditioner, petrochemical equipment, chemical pipeline instrument, machine, automobile, train and container. It’s fast cured, easy operational and well adhesive with variety of substrates made of glass, metal or paint. The tenacious adhesion makes it ideal sealant.

Uses

1.Use cotton yarn soaked with acetone, ethanol or other organic solvents to clean away rust, dust, water, oil stain etc.
2.Aluminium tube package: cut the nozzle into oblique angle and remove metallic platinum cover at the end of aluminum tube. Pierce tube outlet and squeeze it with hand or pneumatic gun to
application area. Make adhesion before the surface is completely dry.
3.Aluminium film package: cut the nozzle into oblique angle and put the opened package into plastic gun properly so that the nozzle bites the opening. Squeeze it with hand or pneumatic gun to application area. Make adhesion before the surface is completely dry.
4. Scrape the sealant even and make repairing at certain area.
5. Do not touch until the sealant is solidified. Prevent contamination by dirt.
6. Optimal working temperature range is 5-40 celsius while humidity range is 65%-75%RH.
7. At low temperature application, it’s not easy to squeeze the sealant. Pre-heating for a while is preferable. Please use special spurting gun.
8. If protective tape is used with purpose of keeping joint sides clean, take off the tape before sealant is solidified.

Package, Transport & Storage

1.It’s packed in 240kg/drum. Cautions should be taken to avoid damaged package during transport.
2.Preferably it should be stored dry warehouse below 25℃.The temperature should not be higher than 30℃for longer storage.
3.Shelf life is 9 months below 25℃. After expiration, it can still be used if testing result falls in qualified standard.
