Overview

After continuous improvement and innovation to the previous equipment, MUHU engineers developed this mobile and integrated production unit. This new system is featured with heatless production and automated control, which is the break-through in the industry in China. It is environmental protection with zero waste emission and discharge.

It is designed for batching / blending concrete admixture plant and Ready-mix Concrete Manufacturers . The machine can be used to produce high water reducing type PC-F (polycarboxylate superplasticizer) , high slump retention type PC-G (polycarboxylate superplasticizer) and  Special Set Retarder for Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer type PC-R(50%) at ambient temperatures. In addition, it can also be used to compound polycarboxylate based retarding admixtures used in RMC station. The whole production process is automatically controlled to ensure the stability of the product quality.

Features

Eliminating the traditional platform

Ground-floor material feeding and operation decreases the requirement to the production setting (4.5 meter for workshop height), and increase safety.

Removable and modular-based

The installation and disassembly is fast and easy, which makes it convenient to produce in different locations. Thus, it greatly reduces the cost of shipping materials to different stations.

Automatic control and smart production

The system is designed for on-button control, intelligent production with all feedback signal automatic control, and entire process monitoring. The system can automatically adjust mixing time and materials adding speed based on the chemical reaction temperature in the production. Therefore, the product quality is assured.

Automatic temperature compensation

In order to make the monomer easy to dissolve and have stable chemical reaction in winter season or in low ambient temperature. MUHU engineers designed this temperature compensation feature.

Short process and high-efficiency

After the polymerization route for chemical reaction is optimized, the reaction time is shortened to 2 hours. The efficiency is 6 times of tradition process. It only takes 3-4 hours to produce 5 tons of polycarboxylate superplasticizer primary liquid.

Fully enclosed, non-polluting production

The enclosed production system is designed for zero emission of waste water, gas and residue.

MUHU offers one-stop type services and turn-key project. Members do not have to worry and concern. Applications Project

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer synthesis production line and SNF/PNS compound production line have been put into operation in India.

In 2018, our company has helped customers complete the installation and commissioning of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer synthesis production line and naphthalene series superplasticizer compound production line, which has been put into production formally. To this end, India has an additional manufacturer using MUHU production equipment and technology.

Such a production line can be set up within 200 kilometers of China. So far, more than 100 manufacturers have used MUHU production equipment and production technology. We also hope to serve Indian manufacturers and provide you with professional technical service support, so that your production cost is lower and your quality is better.

Bangladesh polycarboxylate superplasticizer one set project

On March 5,MUHU company made the one superplasticize machine for customer in Dhaka,Bangladesh.This set of equipment not only meets the blending needs,but also meets polycarboxylate products needs and quickly converts into naphthalene superplasticizer bledning production. It is great to meet the needs of customers and leads to MUHU company’s exported master batch products.

Mongolia-A full-automatic production line for polycarboxylate superplasticizer is officially put into use.

In mid-April, there are full of flowers, green willows and breath of spring in Beijing. But in Ulaanbaatar,Mongolia, there is still snow. MUHU manufactured polycarboxylate multifunction unit was in smooth operation in Ulaanbaatar industrial zone plant on April 16. This device not only has a low feeding, automatic metering, automatic dropping and the other features unique design for automatic temperature compensation system, but also can automatically detect the production water temperature and the ambient temperature of the production site. Through the test results, it can automatically calculate the required compensation temperature value to make sure to produce the same quality product under different circumstances or in different regions. This expands the use area of the device

In 2013, MUHU was granted the invention patent certificate of “a polyether polycarboxylate superplasticizer formulation methods” and the applied patent certificate of “polyether production equipment”.
